Charles, I've got it!

I cannot believe my ears, really. And these are not just empty words.

I put on Berliner Philharmonic Quintet playing Dvorak - just in case really, without much hope in the BYOB amp which still smells of lacquer and just got out of its unassuming box - and... well...

I've never heard such full-bodied, so delicately differentiated in terms of timbres sound before.

Never, save for the live performances...

I thought I would not write anything substantive until the amp burns in properly, and here I am....
